CADOTT, WI – The goal is always to run your best race in your last race of the season, wherever that may be. For some runners it’s at the conference meet, others the sectional meet and yet others the state cross country meet.
Unfortunately for the Spring Valley cross country team their season ended at the sectional meet here last Saturday, Fortunately, they went down swinging as nearly all of the runners ran their best race of the season on this cool morning.
“We had nine of eleven runners hit either an all-time PR (personal record) or a season PR today,” said Head Coach Chelsey Ricketts. “Cadott is a tough course, so this is very exciting!”
