ELMWOOD, WI – The members of the Craine-Ottman American Legion Post 207 Auxiliary Unit 207 and the Elmwood Schools had their annual Veterans’ Day Program on Veterans Day, Monday, November 11, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in the Wolf Den Gym.
The Program began with welcoming remarks from MS/HS Principal Tom Sauve. Principal Sauve then turned the Program over to Post 207 Commander Jerry Thompson who after introducing himself explained that the Veteran’s Day Program who be a bit different as it would feature the fascinating story of a real verified local World War (WW) II hero, PFC Harold H. Ziehme.
Post 207 Champlin Dave Hauschildt gave an inspiring Opening Prayer.
