WOODVILLE, WI – Woodville, Wisconsin celebrated their 73rd Annual Syttende Mai last weekend, May 16, 17 and 18, 2024. The Woodville Lions Club sponsored event enjoyed great success this year with exceptionally beautiful weather. There were four exceptionally beautiful young ladies competing for the title of Syttende Mai Queen this year with the Coronation held at 3:00 p.m., on Saturday, May 18 in the Viking Middle School (VMS) Gymnasium.
The theme for the Coronation this year was “Syttende Mai’s Most Exciting Hour, the Syttende Mai Coronation Game Show” with the four Syttende Mai Royalty candidates: Addisyn Wichelman, Contestant Number One, Katelyn Gustafson, Contestant Number Two, Adeline Haugen, contestant Number Three and Jessi Albers, Contestant Number Four.
The contestants began the program answering questions about “Where in Woodville?” following the game show theme.
