BALDWIN, WI – Adoray Home Health & Hospice has announced the departure of Chief Executive Officer Amanda Gustafson, effective June 26, 2024. Mrs. Gustafson will be embarking on a new journey as the Executive Director of Big Bend Hospice, a not-for-profit hospice based in Tallahassee, Florida. Her decision to transition reflects a heartfelt desire to be closer to her family spread across the state of Florida.
Amanda has worked in the Baldwin community since 2009, initially serving at Western Wisconsin Health as the Director of Marketing and Fundraising before joining Adoray Home Health and Hospice in 2017. Reflecting on her time, she expressed, “It has been a great privilege and pleasure to spend the last 16 years working in the Baldwin Community and truly an honor to lead Adoray and work alongside such dedicated staff and volunteers.”
The Adoray Board of Directors is actively engaged in exploring options to identify the next leader for Adoray Home Health and Hospice. They are steadfast in their commitment to ensuring sustainable operations and maintaining the momentum and success achieved together as a team.

For nearly three decades, Adoray has been a pillar of care in Western Wisconsin, dedicated to ensuring aging community members receive the support they need to age comfortably at home.
