SPRING VALLEY, WI – Getting some solid play heading into the final few weeks of the season is always a plus at this point in the softball season. Head Coach Amy Shafer is working hard to get her charges in shape to make a run into the post-season.
Last week the Cardinals got a solid win over Elmwood-Plum City and played well in a tough loss to seventh ranked Colfax here on Friday. Despite the loss, the Cardinals got some solid hitting against the top pitcher in the conference.
Spring Valley 11, E-PC 3 – The Cardinals really needed a win to get back on track for the final push of the regular season and this game was exactly what got them going.
