SPRING VALLEY, WI – The Spring Valley High School Drama department is ready for their Spring play Parents Just Don’t Understand a comedy by Bryan Starchaman. April 5 and April 6 at 7:00, April 7 at 2:00.
The hip-hop standard of the 1980’s said it best “There’s no need to argue, parents just don’t understand!” This is a lighthearted look at a “Greatest hit list” of classic family moments.
There have been many laughs during practices about family events that you as an audience will also enjoy and relate to.
This light-hearted collection of vignettes will remind you of holidays and birthdays with family. Or perhaps when Dad tried to teach you to drive or Mom decided that she would pick out your wardrobe, we’ve all been there! Or maybe you recall those family vacations when you were stuck in the backseat for hours with your annoying sibling(s), heading for a camping trip. Or maybe you even call to mind… the talk; yes, that talk.
We hope to see you at the theatre on either Friday, April 5, Saturday, April 6 at 7:00 or Sunday, April 7 at 2:00.
Performances at Stagehand Theatre on Mckay Ave. Spring Valley. Tickets at the door.
