BOYCEVILLE, WI – The regular season is winding down for the Spring Valley track teams and with that comes some of their best times of the season.
Last week the Cardinals were rained out at Colfax earlier in the week but had the opportunity to compete here at the Boyceville Invite last Thursday. The chance to compete was clear as the boys’ team had their best showing of the season, finishing in third place of nine teams. The girls’ team had really good showings as well, finishing in seventh place out of eight scoring teams with 54 points.
The boys’ event was won by Glenwood City with a team score of 116 points with Durand coming in second with 100 points followed by Spring Valley (94), Stanley-Boyd (86), Boyceville (83), Turtle Lake/Clayton (80), Colfax (57.5) E-PC (33.5) and Prairie Farm (5).
