WOODVILLE, WI – Woodville Wisconsin’s first JuleFest celebration exceeded all expectations last Saturday night, December 2, 2023. A small committee of Village citizens, Larry Knegendorf and others met with Woodville GarageBar co-owner Jeff Swanson to reprise a winter celebration that had included a community Tree Lighting event. As a result of those meetings, they devised one heck of a grand plan that resulted in Woodville’s first (but certainly not the last) JuleFest Celebration in Woodville.

It is guessed that close to five hundred people came out and lined the streets of the Village for the 5:00 p.m. dazzling 44-unit lighted Jeep and ATV/UTV JuleFest Parade around the Village. As with any community parade there was a ton of candy tossed to the eager children in the crowds.

This exciting vehicle-lit parade was just the first part of the evening’s festivities. That included a community caroling singalong, Honorary Citizen Tree Lighting by Ben Campbell, and fantastic fireworks displayed over the Village.
