SPRING VALLEY, WI – The staff at the School District of Spring Valley are hosting their annual pancake supper on Tuesday, February 13, from 5-7 p.m. at Spring Valley High School.

For a free-will donation, you can enjoy pancakes, sausage, applesauce, and bars.  All proceeds benefit the Staff Scholarship given to deserving Senior students each year.  Last year, three $600 scholarships were awarded to 2023 Spring Valley High School graduates Phoebe Vodnik, Mattie Wilk and Trista Falde with the proceeds from this event.

“For a very small school, our scholarship donations are extremely impressive. We have an incredible and supportive community who continue to give back to our students every year,” said Sharla Bauer, SVHS School Counselor. “Traditionally, our pancake supper, put on by the SVHS staff, has raised enough money to give out at least two, sometimes three scholarships every year for students entering a two- or four-year school.”

In addition to the pancake supper, attendees can catch some Cardinal Basketball:

  • SVHS Girls Varsity plays Cumberland at 5:30 p.m. at Spring Valley High School
  • SVHS Boys Varsity plays Elk Mound at 7:15 p.m. at Spring Valley High School
  • SVHS Boys C Team and JV play Elk Mound at 5:15 p.m. at Spring Valley Elementary School
