ELMWOOD, WI – The Elmwood School District hosted their annual Veterans Day program on Friday, November 10, 2023. Select Elementary Students presented information on Flag Etiquette and select Middle School Students presented information on “5 Facts about Veterans Day.” School employee and Veteran, Pat Hines, presented the names of the fallen soldiers from the Elmwood area.
Jerry Thompson, Post Commander of the Elmwood Crain-Ottman American Legion Post 207 said, “The Post members thought it was a very nicely done program. We were greatly appreciative of all the effort the school staff put forth into putting the program together.”
