SPRING VALLEY, WI – When the time came just over fifteen years ago to consider a new senior facility in Spring Valley, many ideas took root. A new care center was needed, assisted living was desired, and thoughts of adding senior housing were incorporated based on needs involving several market studies in the area.
When the plans were finalized, Spring Valley received a new assisted living facility – the Valley Villas. The Villas features twenty individual apartments that serve as a middle ground for seniors transitioning from living on their own to needing some extra help. Three meals are served each day, which are optional for the residents to attend, cleaning help is provided, and assistance with other activities of daily living is available.
Each apartment features a robust floor plan but the real deal maker for the spaces is their ample storage for personal belongings.
