BALDWIN, WI – The #2 Baldwin-Woodville Blackhawks defeated the #7 Ashland Oredockers, 57-12, on October 24, 2025, at King Field in Level One of the WIAA 2025 Boys Football Tournament.
Baldwin-Woodville kicked off to Ashland to open the game where the Oredockers soon after punted, giving the Blackhawks the ball at the B-W 42-yard line. James Kropelnicki found a gap in the defense for a 33-yard run to the Ashland 25-yard line, and shortly after, Luke Janke carried to the 8-yard line before a fumbled handoff by the Blackhawks was recovered by Ashland at the Oredocker 13-yard line. On third-and-5, Ashland was stopped in the backfield by linebacker Brady Hanson, forcing another punt.
A strong B-W punt return was negated by a penalty, setting up the next drive at the Blackhawk 44-yard line. Kropelnicki rushed to the Ashland 40-yardline before quarterback Joe Jensen connected with wide receiver Brody Everts for a 40-yard touchdown pass. The 2-point try was no good, B-W 6-0.
